hat is your booking & treatment process?

Initially we discuss your condition on the phone, so we can arrange a time for your appointment and understand what your needs are. For first appointments we take a deposit of £50 towards to treatment cost, which is fully refundable against the cost of your treatment, and deducted from your bill.

Are there certain health and skin conditions that you are unable to treat?

When making your booking please advise us on any health conditions and any medications that you are taking. On the day of your treatment, we will ask you to complete a health questionnaire to ensure we are providing you with the very best service and results, whilst ensuring your comfort and safety. Please note that for certain medical conditions we will require written permission from your Doctor to proceed. Please give me a call for more information.

I have recently had fillers or peels – how long should I wait before my next treatment?

If clients have recently had any fillers or chemical peels they must wait 4 weeks before booking a Skin Investment Clinic facial or treatment.

Can I have a treatment if I am pregnant?

We are proud to offer specialised maternity treatments. Please ensure you inform us if you are pregnant to allow us to tailor your experience. Please note our pregnancy and safety policy: no treatment can be given in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice or the full cost of the treatment will be charged. Please not that we request credit card details to secure your booking. It is hugely beneficial if you can give us as much notice prior to your scheduled appointment to allow us to offer a high level of service to all of our patients. 

What happens if I am late?

We do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, there may be times when a late arrival will result in reduced treatment time, or we may have to reschedule your appointment.

What is your refund policy?

There are no refunds on treatments taken, purchased products or medical consultations where treatment has not taken place. Refunds on courses: if you require a refund on a treatment as part of any course of treatments, any treatments taken will revert to the standard price of a treatment and lose the benefit of the discounted course price. The refund on the remaining treatments is therefore calculated upon monies left on the number of standard priced treatments taken.

What is the minimum age for a facial treatment?

Our treatments are specially tailored for adults. However, we do offer treatments to those aged 16-18 with parental consent.

Do you offer gift vouchers or gift experiences?

Gift experiences are available to purchase from our clinic & make a superb gift!

What is your child policy?

In line with regulations from the Care Quality Commision, we cannot treat persons under the age of 18 without the presence of a parent. We will endeavour to assist you or reschedule your appointment if this presents a problem for you.
