What makes Halo and BBL such a special pairing?

HALO™ is a state-of-the-art laser treatment that eliminates years of damage by triggering your skin’s natural healing response. It’s a complete skin revitalisation treatment. You’ll find the overall appearance of your skin is visibly improved and a more youthful glow is restored. BBL uses the power of light to target the pigment within the skin — but not just any light. It uses the world’s most powerful intense pulsed light (IPL), called BBL HERO. It is the fastest way to treat pigment, sun damage and troublesome age spots anywhere on your body. Together, these two treatments provide total skin revitalisation anywhere on the body, and with minimal downtime.   

How comfortable is the Halo and BBL combination treatment?

Both Halo™ and BBL are well tolerated treatments. With HALO™, your provider will apply numbing cream to your skin prior to treatment. Additionally, you’ll be kept comfortable with cool air delivered through the handpiece throughout your treatment. BBL is fast with minimal to no discomfort, thanks to its advanced technology.

When will I see results?

You will see initial results between two and five days after your HALO + BBL treatment, but your skin will continue to improve over time. Most patients see the greatest pigmentary improvement in the first two to three weeks. This is followed by a dermal regeneration phase that continues to improve for months.

How many treatments will I need?

This will depend on your treatment goals and the level of correction desired. Most patients receive 1-2 corrective Halo™ treatments and 2-3 BBL treatments, then often sign up for regular maintenance treatments. This can be discussed during your laser consulation which you can book here.
